10. Typical Rialto Street
| This street, just south of Rialto Bridge, gives a good idea of the character of the place. The area is full of pizzerias and reasonable restaurants. The drink to order is definitely Prosecco, a cheap sparkling wine not well-known outside Venice. I can also recommend the pub on the right. Guys, be sure to hang your jacket on your shoulders, wear wrap-around shades especially if it's night, and you won't go home alone! |
